Please check these as it will hopefully cover some if not all of the questions we get asked regularly:


Q. Do the rooms come with a PA?

A. Yes they do, we don't know any rehearsal studios where they don't so this place is no different.  You get a vocal PA and as many mics as you need.


Q. Can we hire gear for our rehearsal?

A. Yes you can.  We have a wide range of kits, bass amps and guitar amps plus keyboards and keyboard amps to hire at rates dependent on when you're booked.  Check out the details here.  If you forget a keyboard stand, music stand or guitar stand we can lend you free of charge.


Q. Do you sell snacks?

A. We have a snack shop and tea and coffee making facilities.


Q. Do you sell strings, sticks and batteries etc?

A. We have a small shop that sells the essentials so if you break a string or a stick or need batteries for your pedal then we can sort you out.


Q. What happens if I call and there's no answer?

A. We are open from 10am until midnight 7 days a week so if you call in that time and it goes straight to our answer machine then it means someone is on the line.  Leave a message or call back later and we'll be able to help you.  If it rings and no one answers then the chances are that our staff are busy helping other customers.  Leave a message or call back and we'll be able to help you.  If you call outside of those opening hours then that's your own fault. Leave a message or call back later and we'll able to help you.  Alternatively, email us and we'll do our best to respond as soon as we can.


Q. Is the studio on the ground floor?

A. Yes, all our studios are on the ground floor so access is easy.


Q. Is there parking?

A. Yes, the studio is situated in an industrial estate with ample parking.


Q. Is it easy to load in?

A. Yes, the entrance is via a large roller shutter door which leads directly into a wide corridor to each of our rooms.


Q. Do you have an electrical hook up for our tour bus?

A. Yes we do, this is charged at a flat rate of £15 per night.  It must be arranged when making your booking so that we can ensure that the supply is switched on for you?


Q. Will I see anyone famous there?

A. Of course you will this is the only place to come! ;-)


Q. Have you got Wifi?

A. Yes we do and it's free.


Q. Will you manage my band?

A. No.


Q. Are you a record label?

A. No.


Q. Do I have to specify what time we want or can we just play it by ear?

A. Yes, we've genuinely been asked this question and the answer is yes you do have to specify to avoid disappointment.
