The service:

At Musicbox we provide space for your band to store gear. This is subject to availability but can be short term or long term depending on your needs.

Keeping track:

It is the responsibilty of the band to keep a track of their equipment and is left here at the band's risk. Musicbox will make sure that everything is locked appropriately and safely at all times and will not allow anyone to collect, use or access the gear on behalf of the band without pre arranged consent from the band.

Access:

Gear can only be accessed during opening hours (10am til midnight). However, if there are extenuating circumstances that means you need to collect or return your gear out of hours then this can be arranged on request and may result in an extra charge. 24 hour access is reserved for certain clients.

Opening hours:

Musicbox Studios is open from 10am til midnight, 7 days a week. We only close for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Gear will not be able to be accessed or returned on those days. If there are any exceptions to this we will contact you in advance. Clients may collect and deliver gear anytime within our opening hours. It is, however, extremely helpful if clients let us know when they will be moving gear so that we can plan our storage accordingly and make sure that a member of staff is available to supervise the move.

24 hour access:

If clients wish to return gear when we are closed they will be required to arrange this in advance. We recommend that clients arrange an optimum time for late or early opening since staff will not stay beyond the arranged times, and clients will still be charged if they miss that arrangement.

Costs:

Bands are charged on a POA basis and is dependent on how much space their equipment takes up.

Contract:

As soon as a band begins to store gear at Musicbox it is understood that a contract has been formed as per our terms and conditions. If your band's needs are not answered by our system, please contact us. We are adaptable and can usually find a way to help you with long or short term storage.
